eMax Executive Team

Stephen M. Farina
Steve Farina joined Resource Technology in September of 2006 by bringing eMax into the mix of the company. He is responsible for the daily operations of the eMax division as well as business development. During the formation of eMax, Farina worked for Vista Host, a prominent hotel management company based in Houston, TX, as the Director of e-Commerce. His hospitality career began with Sonesta Hotels while studying at the University of New Orleans from which a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration is held. Steve has also worked as a Director in a hospitality technology firm.

Steven T. Powell
Steve Powell is responsible for Resource Technology's long-term growth, client retention and strategic marketing focus. A founding Principal, and current President, his experience prior to the company forming in 1993, includes 14 years of client services. During this time he earned several top-honor achievements for telecom marketing as a Major Account Manager where he developed his interests in hospitality. Since forming Resource Technology, Powell has diversified the telecom consulting firm by encompassing high-speed Internet services and eMax into the company. Steve holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Powell offices at the company’s headquarters in Winter Park, Florida.

Donald R. Shouldice
As a partner in Resource Technology, Don directs the daily operations, negotiates contracts and coordinates the business financial functions. Prior to joining Resource Technology and working with the eMax division, Shouldice spent 20 years in the hospitality business with Howard Johnson Company, Prime Motor Inns and Servico Hotels and Resorts. His experience included holding varied positions such as Food and Beverage Manager, General Manager and VP Operations. Don holds a BS degree in Hotel Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. When Shouldice is not on site at one of our client’s offices, he is at the Winter Park, Florida headquarters.

Kent Tewell
Kent Tewell is the President of the LET Group and is responsible for management and business development of the company. Kent works closely with eMax to anticipate and deliver internet solutions and services that maximize their internet optimization. Kent has over 25 year's experience in computer and marketing related fields. The LET Group provides the proprietary marketing engines that power the websites eMax uses to generate market share for their clients. Kent is based out of Jupiter, Florida at the LET Group's main office.

Jason Reuter
Jason Reuter is Chief Technical Officer for the LET Group and is responsible for developing the technologies necessary for eMax to increase their client’s direct online sales. Jason has over 6 years of extensive technical expertise in web-related technologies and works closely with the eMax team.
